Return & Exchange Policy
- If a damaged product is received by the customer, the complete amount paid by the customer will be refunded including delivery charges.
- If a customer does not like a product and wants to return it because they changed their mind, they can send it back via a registered courier company (Charges will be borne by the customer). Additionally, 400/-Rs handling charges (Packing cost, Material cost, Labor) will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Product cannot be refunded if claim is not submitted within 3 working days of delivery.
- Refund will be processed within two weeks after receiving and reviewing product condition
